The challenge
While desktop users had meeting tools, field sales teams and on-site consultants had no way to capture offline or mobile conversations into their CRM. The challenge was building a mobile app that could record high-quality audio in various environments, transcribe it accurately, and sync it without draining the user's phone battery.
Our approach
